Frequently Asked Questions about the Partner Model

How does the partner model actually work?
The Cybervize platform is multi-tenant. As a partner IT service provider you get your own tenant, under which you create your clients as sub-tenants. You keep the client relationship, the branding and the service layer; Cybervize delivers the platform and the methodological backbone. Billing happens per sub-tenant and module license; terms are fixed in the partner contract.
What margins are realistic?
Margin comes from the difference between reseller terms and end-client pricing, plus the service share you deliver yourself (onboarding, configuration, vCISO service, recurring reporting). Margins are tiered by volume in the partner contract. We discuss concrete numbers in a confidential briefing.
Who handles platform support and maintenance?
Cybervize Operations GmbH owns platform operations, security updates, new features and roadmap. As a partner, you own first-level support toward your end clients. Cybervize provides second-level support and SLA-compliant escalation paths.
Can we offer the platform under our own brand?
Yes, white-labelling is part of the partner model. Logo, colours and domain can be aligned with your brand. The underlying platform architecture remains Cybervize-owned; the visibility of the Cybervize brand toward end clients is negotiable in the partner contract.
What does a partner need to bring to the table?
An existing client base with compliance needs (NIS-2, ISO 27001, DORA, KRITIS), an established consulting or managed-service business, and technical understanding of ISMS topics. Industry focus or regional strength help but are not required. Size is secondary; what matters is the ability to embed the platform in your own service packages.
How long does partner onboarding take?
From letter of intent to first sub-tenant typically four to eight weeks. Steps: partner contract, technical onboarding and training for your team (two to four days), a first pilot mandate under Cybervize guidance, then handover into regular partner operations.
