Today, Cybervize consists of two independent companies that create synergies to offer you comprehensive security solutions:

Founded in 2023, Cybervize Operations GmbH develops a platform for the structured management of cybersecurity. Built during a 14-month research and development partnership with the CISPA incubator, the Helmholtz Center for Information Security, under the BMFTR StartupSecure programme (October 2023 to March 2025).

Our platform aims to reduce complexity and make cybersecurity processes transparent and efficient.

Cybervize Consulting GmbH: Advisory and Implementation

Frequently Asked Questions about the Group Structure

Why does Cybervize consist of two separate companies?
Cybervize Consulting GmbH (founded 2021) is the consulting pillar and delivers vCISO, Interim CISO and implementation mandates. Cybervize Operations GmbH (founded 2023) is the platform vendor and licenses the ISMS platform to mid-market and enterprise clients. The separation enables clear roles: consulting owns mandates and methodology, operations owns product development, platform lifecycle and license business. For clients, the entry point stays unified; internally, both companies work closely together while remaining legally and financially independent.
What does the research partnership with the CISPA incubator mean in practice?
The CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security is one of Europe's leading research institutions for cybersecurity. The Cybervize platform was designed and built during a 14-month research and development partnership with the CISPA incubator under the BMFTR StartupSecure programme (October 2023 to March 2025). The platform architecture is based on scientifically reviewed security and AI concepts, not a whiteboard sketch.
Can we engage Cybervize without licensing the platform?
Yes. Cybervize Consulting GmbH offers vCISO and Interim CISO mandates as well as cybersecurity assessments and cyber due diligence as standalone consulting services, independent of the platform. If platform adoption makes sense for ongoing operations later on, it can be introduced seamlessly; the consulting work itself is not tied to a license.
Is Cybervize large enough for enterprise mandates?
The platform is module-licensed and built to scale from mid-market to enterprise. A pilot with a DAX-listed company is currently running on the Assessment module for IT and OT security (IEC 62443). For more complex engagements, Cybervize Consulting works with a senior advisor pool and partner structures, so delivery capacity scales without mandates depending on a single person.
Where is data on the Cybervize platform processed?
Hosting and data processing happen exclusively in Germany with a German provider. AI models are self-operated, with no data shared with external model providers. The platform is GDPR-compliant with full JSON data export, anonymisation, and scheduled deletion. This data sovereignty is a direct consequence of the CISPA research partnership and the platform architecture.
Which region does Cybervize cover?
Cybervize works across the DACH region, with mandates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Headquarters in Düsseldorf; consulting and platform delivery happen on-site, hybrid or remote depending on the mandate.
